Le 7 et 8 juin derniers avait lieu le FORUM de l\u2019IC\u00c9A<\/a> sous le th\u00e8me du bien public et du bien commun en \u00e9ducation. Vous pouvez voir ci-contre une illustration issue de la d\u00e9marche collaborative aupr\u00e8s de divers partenaires du r\u00e9seau de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des adultes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

L\u2019ouverture du Forum s\u2019est fait avec nulle autre que Madame Mich\u00e8le Stanton-Jean (Commission Jean) qui nous offrait son point de vue sur le bien commun et le bien public en \u00e9ducation en nous rappelant la citation de Camille Laurin, ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat au D\u00e9veloppement culturel en 1977 :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00ab L\u2019\u00e9ducation des adultes a beaucoup contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 relativiser le temps et le lieu de l'\u00e9ducation. On n'accepte plus maintenant qu'il y a un temps pour s'instruire, qui est la jeunesse, et un temps pour travailler et produire, qui est le reste de la vie. En m\u00eame temps, l'\u00e9ducation des adultes a relativis\u00e9 le lieu de l'\u00e9ducation., car elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendue bien en dehors de l'universit\u00e9 et de la salle de cours, l'endroit o\u00f9 l'on peut apprendre, qu'il s'agisse de la nature, qu'il s'agisse des usines, qu'il s'agisse d'un local de syndicat ou d'un comit\u00e9 de citoyens. \u00bb<\/span><\/h3><\/blockquote>[vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=\u00a0\u00bbrow\u00a0\u00bb use_row_as_full_screen_section=\u00a0\u00bbno\u00a0\u00bb type=\u00a0\u00bbfull_width\u00a0\u00bb text_align=\u00a0\u00bbleft\u00a0\u00bb background_animation=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb css_animation=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb2\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Elle nous rappelle qu\u2019en contexte de plus en plus individualiste, il faut s\u2019interroger sur le vivre-ensemble, sur les valeurs qui sous-tendent nos mesures et nos lois en \u00e9ducation; qu\u2019il faut consulter la population pour consolider l\u2019agir collectif, qu\u2019il faut partir de la personne pour s\u2019adapter avec un apprentissage flexible, des enjeux \u00e9conomiques (p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre) et une accessibilit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
